PETG plastic makes the hood sturdy and able to withstand daily usage. The hood is strong enough to support the lens on the ground.
Coated with high quality telescope flocking to reduce reflections and glare when shooting.
The exterior is wrapped with automotive grade 3M™ Carbon Fiber textured vinyl to provide a professional look. At 80mm in length, the hood is half that of the stock hood. The lens with body and hood can fit in the forward position in many popular 600/800 camera bags!
